1. Choice of product

Click on the product you wish to buy. If you need help, use our instructions “How to choose the right Flaska bottle?”

After the selection of the product, choose the model/colour and the desired size.

If you would like to customize your bottle, also select the lid engraving option or sleeve imprint option. Put this product in the shopping basket as well, enter the name later in the notes field while entering your data.

2. Placing the order

Click on the button “Checkout”.

In the following step, check the contents of your shopping basket and confirm the order by clicking the “To the Check-out” button.

Further on, choose the payment and shipment methods. Differences between individual options are described in the upper part of the online shop, or can be opened by clicking on the question mark.

Enter your personal data. We will need the telephone number only if we have to contact you with regard to executing the order.

Send the order by clicking the “Send the order” button.

3. Confirming the order

You will receive the order confirmation to your e–mail inbox. If you decided to place the payment on the basis of a pro forma invoice, there is sufficient information to carry out the payment to our bank account in the confirmation e–mail. Make sure to carry out the payment within three days.

4. Delivery

If you place your order by noon and choose to pay on delivery, the selected products will be shipped the same day. If you decide to pay using a pro forma invoice, the selected products will be shipped the day we receive your payment.
