Why did Flaska turn yellow?

Hello. I sent your Flaska to Madrid as a present. The glass turned yellow after six months of use. What could be the reason and how is it possible to clean it?

Hi. I will assume that they were drinking water, not tea or some other beverages? Usually we can clean this kind of build-up either with vinegar or baking soda. Just fill it up, leave it working overnight and the problem should be solved.

What does it mean that Flaska is programmed?

You are saying that Flaska is programmed or informed as well as water which we drink from it. What does that mean? Can you explain it to me? Thanks! Why is this happening?

A few months ago I received Flaska as a gift. I was very excited and satisfied. But the problem is that the cap started to leak. This wouldn’t be much of a problem if I used Flaska only at home, but I carry it along to my classes and work - Flaska leaks when it’s lying in my bag. The cap is the part of Flaska that is constantly under different kinds of stress so a replacement is sometimes needed. Its endurance depends of the intensity and the way you use your Flaska. What kind of water should I pour into Flaska?

Always pour the best possible water into Flaska. In the many parts of Europe, tap water’s quality is equal or even better than the quality of water from plastic bottles, so use it. And in five minutes Flaska will significantly improve your tap water.

Can water inside Flaska become foul?

Yes, this happens after 2 days. Since there is oxygen and nutrients in the water, harmless microorganisms start to develop, which is a perfectly natural process. This can’t happen with bottled waters which are disinfected and hermetically closed. Water from Flaska is appropriate for normal everyday use since we normally drink the water in less than 24 hours.

In order for Flaska to work, does it have to be closed with a cap?

Flaska turns regular water into living water even when it’s open. You don’t have to close and open it for every sip you make.

Can I pour water from Flaska into a plastic sports bottle without it losing the characteristics?

You can do that since water from Flaska keeps its characteristics for 24 hours even when you pour it into containers made of plastic or other materials. After that period of time the effect starts to get weaker. .

What is the function of the protective sock?

Question: I received my Flaska as a business gift and ever since carry it around constantly. It’s just great. However I’m not able to find an answer to the question what the function of the protective sock was (except visual and protection from breakage). I would namely like my Flaska much better without the sock when using it at the office and at home as well. But of course if it plays a role in the process of raising the water’s quality, I will use it as it is. Answer: You estimated the sock’s function correctly. Its main purpose is protecting Flaska from brakeage (and if it happens anyway, the debris stays in the sock). Its visual function is also a psychological trigger: a bottle with water standing on the table is much less visible than a colourful Flaska. This way Flaska reminds us to use it (drink water) more often. A secondary function of the sock is also protecting water from temperature changes and light influences. However, these influences are relatively small. To keep it short: use your Flaska anyway you like, even without the sock!

Flaska is made of glass and I'm afraid of breaking it.

The possibility of brakeage is Flaska's deficiency that you will have to get used to. We recommend the use of neoprene protective sock, which is more robust than the cotton sock. This way Flaška is partially protected from blows and overturning. The new Flaška 0,5 l and 0,75 l are made of thicker glass and this way much more resistant to different kinds of blows and falls.

Why did you change the sign, engraved in Flaska?

The question... Hello, I bought a 0,75 l Flaška in a Sanolabor store. I noticed it doesn't have this sign engraved. Stari kozmogram Instead it has some other type of symbol. I own a Flaska as well but the sign engraved is the one above. Please explain the difference! Best regards! Primož ... and our answer: Hi Primož, I'm glad you noticed the difference. Until June 1st 2011 we have been using the sign you are mentioning. It is a protective symbol that we received along with the TPS. Sign's purpose is protection of the programme which is imprinted in the glass. One of our guiding principles is constant development. This is why we decided to have our own sign made by a geomantic, Mr. Robi Lavine from Sežana. It has the same purpose as the previous one, but its functionality is slightly higher. Regards, Maks

When using Flaska I hadn't noticed the water being any better.

People are different - some are more and others less sensitive. The effect also depends on the water you used for testing it. If the water is of a better quality, the effect is usually smaller as when water of inferior quality is being used. Some people do not notice a change in the water until they pour lemonade, apple juice, wine or something similar into Flaska.

Does Flaska improve the quality of polluted water?

Flaska improves the quality of any water but it can’t filter it. So it will unfortunately not transform a puddle into drinking water.

I use a Britta jug. Can I combine it with Flaska?

Flaska is compatible with filtering or water improving devices. It’s recommended (and logical) to use it at the end of the process.

If Flaska really does change the water, does that mean Flaska wears itself out?

Information as such cannot wear out. A million people can look at one piece of paper with information written on it and it will still not be worn out. But this information can substantially alter the lives of a million people (of course, depending on what is written on the paper). Naturally, information will slowly fade due to external influences alone (electromagnetic waves); this is also the case with Flaska. We guarantee Flaska’s 100 % effect for the period of 4 years.

We are curious whether the colour of Flaska means that it is informed differently, as in the case of glasses, or is that merely a design? If it is just about the design, are then all of Flaskas informed the same way?

All the bottles are programmed the same way. General programme for good quality water is inscribed into Flaska. The colour of the protective sock does not have anything to do with the information and merely serves as a design – people and their tastes differ and accordingly, different colours please them.

Does Flaska require special maintenance? E.g. eco wash balls have to be placed in the sun to be recharged.

The information is inscribed into the glass's silicon and protected by a special symbol. Special maintenance (or "recharging") is therefore not needed, but it is recommended that you avoid strong radiation sources, such as microwave ovens. Usage nearby computers or mobile phones is not problematic. Flaska can also be placed next to the induction panel.

I've read a little about your Flaska, but I use a Brita jug. I want to know how living water affects the chlorine in the water.

Flaska is compatible with different water filtration devices. One of them is also the Brita jug you’ve mentioned. When comparing their function, we see that the Brita jug filters the water, which means that it removes chlorine from the water, but it can also remove certain other substances (minerals) that are beneficial to your body. This is a constant problem of water filtration – how to filter the water without removing the beneficial substances, since that creates "hollow water". Flaska functions by an entirely different principle. By changing the water’s structure (water clusters) it reduces its genotoxicity (this includes chlorine, as well as other harmful substances). Living water reduces the genotoxicity of the water itself by 39,47 % (on average). We are not talking about chlorine removal, but about neutralisation of its harmful effect (as much as that can be achieved with water information technology). At the same time, the water preserves all the beneficial substances.

I want to know why your Flaska is only useful for 4 years. Does the information transferring process cease after 4 years? Can the bottles still be used as an ‘ordinary’ bottle?

Our environment contains a lot of electromagnetic waves (natural and artificial) that eventually weaken Flaska’s functioning. With the existing technology, the 100 % effect of Flaska can be guaranteed for 4 years, after which it slowly becomes "demagnetised". Thus, in the fifth year the effect will still be about 80 to 85 %, in the sixth year and 70 % and so on. After that, the bottle can of course be used as an ordinary one.

Does the nature of the informed water change with heating (for tea, soup, etc.)?

The nature of the informed water changes with heating since it presents a significant influx of energy. The information that is in the water is therefore weakened, but not completely lost (except in the case of evaporation). If you pour hot tea into Flaska, the information is constantly added into the liquid, this way keeping it stable.
